Job summary

Community Health Care in Tacoma, WA seeks a Maintenance Specialist to perform a variety of duties across clinics and the administrative office. You will monitor fire safety equipment, perform minor repairs, and ensure facilities and equipment are safe and reliable.

You will also coordinate with Clinic Managers and contractors to handle maintenance requests. High School Diploma with 3 years' experience or an equivalent combination is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 3 years experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
• Responsibilities include monitoring of fire safety equipment, minor facility repair, maintaining facilities and equipment, assembly and relocation of furniture.
• Interfacing with Clinic Managers and building contractors; processing facility maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fire safety equipment in clinics and admin office.
• Perform minor facility repairs and maintain equipment in safe, reliable condition.
• Maintain schedule of building maintenance and respond to maintenance requests.
• Interface with Clinic Managers and contractors for maintenance projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring of fire safety equipment in above-mentioned buildings, minor facility repair, maintaining the facilities in a safe and reliable condition, maintaining equipment in a safe and reliable condition, assembly, and installation relocation of furniture. They ensure that all facilities, properties, and services functions operate effectively and efficiently; maintains schedule of building maintenance; processes facility maintenance requests from clinics and departments to ensure requests are completed in a timely fashion.
