You will work with the QA team, manage case status, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards while delivering quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from clients or their representatives.
• Enter and retrieve client information in systems and databases.
• Coordinate with QA on workflow and report status.
• Maintain and archive case files and ensure data accuracy.
