Integrated Pain Associates is seeking an on-site Medical Charge Poster to support timely billing processes in a busy central Texas office. The role focuses on reviewing exams, applying ICD-10/CPT codes, and ensuring accurate charges.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of coding experience or CPC certification, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and a 50 WPM typing speed, with a team-oriented, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in ICD/CPT coding or CPC certification preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Must type at least 50 words per minute and enter data accurately in billing software.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and communicate professionally.
• Familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and commercial payers.

Responsibilities

• Reviews exams and procedure notes for accuracy.
• Inserts procedure codes with ICD-10 diagnosis accurately.
• Reviews Deficiency Reports for all charges posted.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
