Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Able to pass background check and licensing per state requirements.
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through selecting appropriate cannabis products and provide education.
• Register customers into the system using patient ID and verify credentials.
• Verify days’ supply with OARRS and ensure accurate dosages at checkout.
• Educate patients on product types, uses, and dosage for their condition.
• Verify medication matches between cart and labels at checkout.
• Ensure labeling requirements are completed at checkout.
• Assist patients in person and by phone with inquiries.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with state laws.
