You will reconcile discrepancies and coordinate with clients, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include processing all billing tasks, monitoring reports, and supporting client billing requests while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data security.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical billing experience preferred.
• Experience with CPT/ICD-9/HCPCS is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process all billing tasks including electronic and paper invoices.
• Process client bills with special billing arrangements.
• Monitor transcriptions hold and claims indexing reports.
• Monitor EDI billing reports and assist clients with requests.
• Review bills for accuracy following policies and guidelines.
