Job summary

AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Staff Education Coordinator to partner with leadership to maintain and advance educational programs, safety, infection control, and compliance across clinical and non clinical staff.

You will identify learning needs from regulatory data, track competencies, and ensure documentation, while applying adult learning principles and using healthtech tools to support decision-making and staff development.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited medical assistant program with externship completed.
• 1+ years of staff development, academic teaching and/or project development coordination.
• 3+ years medical assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Shared leadership responsibility to ensure staff education, policy, safety and regulatory updates.
• Maintain clinical competencies, educate using data from regulatory and patient experience sources.
• Document regulatory and educational activities and track competencies.
• Collaborate with leadership and regional teams to meet ongoing educational needs.
• Apply adult learning principles and use technology to support education and decision-making.
