You will coach MAs, manage staffing to match provider schedules, uphold documentation and infection-control standards, and serve as the first escalation point for operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction, coaching, and workflow support to Medical Assistants.
• Coordinate MA assignments and coverage based on provider schedules.
• Promote consistent use of MA workflows, documentation standards, infection-control practices, and patient-safety expectations.
• Support onboarding and training of new MAs and reinforce competency in rooming, provider support, and clinic systems.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, professionalism, teamwork, and completion of assigned responsibilities; provide timely coaching and elevate concerns.
