Advanced Pain Management (APM) in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Medical Assistant Supervisor to lead MA teams and ensure efficient patient flow across clinic operations. The role requires hands-on MA support, adherence to workflows, and ongoing staff coaching to maintain quality and safety standards.

The supervisor will manage MA coverage, onboarding, and coordination with providers, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• BLS certification is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead MA team and coordinate daily clinic operations.
• Oversee MA workflows, rooming, and documentation standards.
• Support providers and staff with patient flow and safety.
• Monitor UDS, lab, and medication processes for accuracy.
• Ensure chart preparation and patient records are complete.
• Escalate issues to leadership as needed.
