Qualifications

• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card required for behavioral health locations.
• Minimum four years healthcare experience including leadership.
• Clinical competency as Medical Assistant or nursing background.
• Strong problem solving and systematic approach.
• Proven management, leadership, diplomacy, and customer service skills.
• Experience with continuous quality improvement in care delivery.
• Proven time management and reliability.
• Experience with MIS and EHR software; proficient with standard tools.
• Ability to uplift colleagues' knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate staff performance for quality.
• Maintain accurate time and attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Recruit, interview, train, and mentor staff.
• Organize daily staff activities and staffing coverage.
• Assess patients’ financial status and refer to eligibility when needed.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and document outcomes.
• Oversee scheduling, billing, and records scanning.
• Monitor patient flow and waiting areas for productivity.
• Ensure courteous treatment of patients and visitors.
• Document and resolve patient complaints.
• Maintain effective internal/external relationships.
• Anticipate staff and patient needs and act proactively.
• Coach staff and address corrective actions with management.
• Lead quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Support organizational goals, policies, and systems.
• Manage center expenditures and inventory.
