• Manage attendance, scheduling, sick time changes, timekeeping and payroll for direct reports.
• Coordinate activities of MAs; assist physicians and nurses in patient care; provide back-up coverage.
• Serve as liaison between clinical staff and physicians; model quality patient care and professional conduct.
