Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees Medical Assistant staff and patient care activities at the Faculty Group Practice site.
• Supervises attendance, scheduling, sick time changes; manages timekeeping & payroll for direct reports.
• Plans and coordinates MA activities; participates in interdisciplinary patient care planning.
• Acts as MA and back-up coverage as needed; liaises between clinical staff and physicians.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, safety and quality initiatives; maintains workflow and patient access.
