Responsibilities

• Oversee MA staff and patient care activities at the site.
• Resolve employee issues; manage attendance, schedules and payroll for direct reports.
• Coordinate and schedule MA activities; assist physicians and nurses in patient care.
• Serve as liaison between clinical staff and physicians; ensure effective patient care.
