Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees MA staff and patient care activities at a Faculty Group Practice site.
• Resolves employee issues, manages attendance, schedules, and payroll for direct reports.
• Plans, coordinates and schedules MA activities; assists physicians and nurses as needed.
• Trains MA/PCA roles and ensures cross-training and coverage.
