Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking a Medical Assistant - Registered (MAR) for on-site clinical support in U.S. healthcare settings.

You will room patients, assist with procedures, perform point-of-care testing, and help manage patient flow from check-in to discharge. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and English fluency; no experience required as comprehensive training is provided, including paid training and hands-on clinical instruction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; fast, paid, hands-on clinical experience during training.
• No prior experience needed; we’ll train you for the role.
• Experience with patient-facing care is a plus, and you must be eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Room patients with doctors and assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, and phlebotomy services.
• Manage patient flow from check-in to discharge and monitor labs and radiology orders.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain informed consent; provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transitions of care to urgent care or hospital and perform other duties as needed.

You'll Do

Where You'll Work

As an on-site Medical Assistant - Registered, you could work in a variety of healthcare settings - from doctor's offices to emergency departments. With over 80 specialties nationwide, we'll match you to the best fit based on your schedule, interests, and location.

• Outpatient (Doctor's Office): Typically weekday hours (around 8-5, Monday-Friday), with some offices offering evening or weekend shifts. Ideal if you prefer a consistent routine.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Preferred Dermatology experience with ModMed (EMR) knowledge
• Have completed state prerequisites which includes completing the training (even if you have not sat for the exam yet) and are eligible for immediate sponsorship
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
• Access to a laptop (you'll be provided one after training but need your own for training)

Compensation range

Our compensation range for this position is $21.30 - $25.00 depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
