Job summary

Enabli Health is hiring an on‑site Clinical Assistant to join diverse care teams across clinics and hospitals. You will rotate through patient rooms, assist with procedures, perform point‑of‑care testing, and help manage patient flow from check‑in to discharge.

Required are a high school diploma, 18+ years old, English/Spanish fluency, and 40+ WPM typing. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Vaccinations may be required by sites and employers.
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM required.

  • Strong listening and communication skills essential.
  • Flexible schedule availability for shifts.
  • Access to a laptop after training; personal device may be required for some training.

Responsibilities

  • Work with doctors to room patients.
  • Assist with procedure setup.
  • Perform point‑of‑care testing and take vitals; phlebotomy as needed.
  • Manage patient flow from check‑in to discharge.
  • Monitor pending labs and radiology orders to guide care.
  • Explain procedures and obtain patient consent.
  • Provide referral orders and assist with transitions to urgent care or hospital.

What You’ll Do

Where You’ll Work

As an on‑site Clinical Assistant, you could work in a variety of healthcare settings — from doctor’s offices to emergency departments. With over 80 specialties nationwide, we’ll match you to the best fit based on your schedule, interests, and location.

  • Outpatient (Doctor’s Office): Typically weekday hours (around 8–5, Monday–Friday), with some offices offering evening or weekend shifts. Ideal if you prefer a consistent routine.
  • Emergency Department: Open 24/7 — there’s always something happening! Great for those who need flexibility or are balancing school and other commitments.
Compensation Range

Our compensation for this position is $17.50, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Schedule Options

We offer both part‑time (2–3 shifts per week) and full‑time (3–4 shifts per week) positions. Shifts are usually 8 hours but can vary depending on site needs.

  • Monday - Friday
    • 8:00AM - 12:00PM
    • 12:00PM - 5:00PM
What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)

  • Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
