Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking a Medical Assistant - Certified (MAC) to join our on-site care team. You’ll work with doctors to room patients, assist with procedure setup, perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, and support patient flow from check-in to discharge.

No experience required — we’ll train you. You’ll gain hands-on clinical exposure, mentorship, and growth opportunities, with full-time and part-time roles and tuition savings from partner schools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• 720 clock hours of Medical Assisting training with an externship of 160 hours.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer.

Responsibilities

Where You’ll Work

As an on-site Medical Assistant - Certified, you could work in a variety of healthcare settings — from doctor’s offices to emergency departments. With over 80 specialties nationwide, we’ll match you to the best fit based on your schedule, interests, and location.

• Outpatient (Doctor’s Office): Typically weekday hours (around 8–5, Monday–Friday), with some offices offering evening or weekend shifts. Ideal if you prefer a consistent routine.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Preferred Dermatology experience with ModMed (EMR) knowledge
• Completed post-secondary education with a minimum of 720 clock hours of training in Medical Assisting skills including an externship of no less than 160 hours
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
• Access to a laptop (you’ll be provided one after training but need your own for training)

Compensation range:

Our compensation range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00 depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
