Job summary

Enabli Health in the United States seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will work with doctors to room patients, assist with procedure setup, perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, and support patient flow from check-in to discharge.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred Dermatology experience with ModMed (EMR) knowledge.
  • 720 clock hours of Medical Assisting training with externship of no less than 160 hours.
  • Certified Medical Assistant or CMA program with 3–6 months remaining.
  • BLS Certification.
  • Proof of vaccinations may be required.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day.
  • Access to a laptop (you'll be provided one after training but need your own for training).

Responsibilities

  • Work with doctors to room patients.

  • Manage patient flow, and support everything from check-in to discharge.
  • Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care.
  • Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
  • Provide referral orders.
  • Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital.
  • Provide other duties as needed.

Schedule:

We are currently seeking full‑time (5 shifts/week) team members who will work Monday - Friday from 7:45AM - 5:00PM, working in an Outpatient setting.

What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred Dermatology experience with ModMed (EMR) knowledge
  • Completed post‑secondary education with a minimum of 720 clock hours of training in Medical Assisting skills including an externship of no less than 160 hours
  • Be a Certified Medical Assistant or enrolled in a CMA program with only 3-6 months remaining before completion
  • BLS Certification

Compensation range:

Our compensation range for this position is $31.00 - $32.00 depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
