You will support smooth clinical and administrative operations, assist during visits, and help manage patient flow and information in the EHR. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate vitals, phlebotomy and immunizations (MA certified as eligible), health coaching for population health goals, and collaboration with providers

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Health Science preferred.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Demonstrated Medical Assistant (MA) competencies within one year of hire.
• Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with patients and care teams to support goals and care delivery.
• Assists patients during visits, manages flow, and informs about delays or plan changes.
• Communicates hand-offs clearly between patient and provider in the exam room.
• Performs MA duties under supervision: vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, injections, and routine procedures.
• Supports population health through outreach, health coaching, and data gathering.
