Qualifications

• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist patient during visits, manage flow, update meds and allergies.
• Communicate with patient and team; hand-off to provider.
• Perform medical assisting tasks under supervision: vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, immunizations.
• Lead population health outreach and health coaching activities.
