Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality direct patient care in a team-based primary care setting.
• Assist during visits, update records, and coordinate with the care team.
• Perform routine clinical tasks (vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy) under supervision.
• Support population health goals through outreach and basic health coaching.
• Ensure PHI is used only for treatment, payment, and operations.
