Marathon Health is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant in Beachwood, OH to support a primary care team and deliver excellent patient care. You’ll assist with patient intake, vitals, injections, and front-desk duties to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will collaborate with a primary care physician to provide high-quality care, perform phlebotomy as needed, maintain supplies, and help coordinate referrals and follow-up care within the clinic.

Formación

• 1+ year of MA experience, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from an MA program or related program.
• National or state MA certification/registration preferred; required where applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients to rooms and prepare exam rooms.
• Take vitals, draw blood, give injections, assist with procedures.
• Administer medications and immunizations per provider orders.
• Coordinate care with the care team to address gaps in care.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, and related tasks.
• Document data in the medical record per guidelines.
• Process test results and communicate timely results to patients.
• Participate in outreach to patients to drive engagement.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments.
