Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our care team. You will support a primary care physician, manage patient flow at the front desk, and perform clinical tasks including vitals, venipuncture, and immunizations as directed.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year MA experience, completion of an MA program, and CPR/BLS certification. Certification/registration is strongly preferred where required by state regulations. AI screening may be used in recruitment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program; certification/registration strongly preferred where required.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• National or state MA certification/registration preferred where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Take vitals, perform blood draws, assist with procedures and coordinate with labs.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, medical records requests, and coordination of referrals.
• Process test results and communicate with patients via e-message, mail or phone.
• Support care team to develop patient care plans and address gaps in care.
