Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team in a role that spans both clinical and front-desk duties. You will work closely with a primary care physician to deliver patient care and enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities include vitals, injections, phlebotomy, medication administration, and coordinating care across the clinic. A formal MA program and CPR/BLS are required, with benefits starting after the start date.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Escort patients to rooms and ensure exam rooms are cleaned and stocked.
• Take vitals and administer basic procedures as directed by the physician.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as ordered.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, and coordination of care outside the clinic.
• Document data accurately in the medical record and communicate test results timely.
