Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team in a primary care setting. You will support a provider, deliver patient care, and enhance the guest experience across the patient journey.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, collecting specimens, administering injections, and performing front desk tasks. A MA program graduate with CPR/BLS and preferred phlebotomy experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (primary care preferred).
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• National or state MA certification/registration preferred or required where applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to rooms and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals, draw blood, give injections, assist with procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations per provider orders.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, check-in/out.
