Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team in a primary care setting. The MA will work closely with a PCP to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure a welcoming guest experience across the care spectrum, including front desk duties and clinical support.

Minimum 1 year of MA experience, MA program completion, and CPR/BLS certification are preferred. This position offers competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within Marathon Health's nationwide

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Graduation from an MA program or related program required.
• State or national MA certification/registration preferred or required per state.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals, draw blood, and assist with procedures under provider supervision.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the Provider.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, check-in/out, referrals.
• Maintain patient records and communicate results via messages or calls.
