Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. The Medical Assistant collaborates with a primary care physician to deliver patient care and an exceptional guest experience, serving as both receptionist and clinical support.

Key duties include taking vitals, assisting procedures, front desk tasks, and coordinating care with labs and providers; CPR/BLS certification required; 1 year experience preferred. Competitive benefits and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program.
• National or state MA certification or registration preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to room and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals, perform procedures, and assist with treatments.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, and referrals.
• Process test results and communicate with patients as directed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments.
