Responsibilities

• Conduct intake with patients, measuring and recording vital signs, medical history, and screenings.
• Engage with patients throughout appointments and communicate changes to PCP/specialists.
• Handle patient communications, call routing, and follow-up with pertinent information for physicians.
• Change dressings, apply bandages, remove sutures, and perform basic first aid under supervision.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and accurate documentation at all times.
• Provide health coaching with weekly follow-up calls.
