Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Medical Assistant/Patient Support Assistant for our Lincolnshire, IL medical group. This full-time role supports physicians with front-desk and clinical tasks, including phones, scheduling, registrations, and basic vitals, with some phlebotomy or injections as needed.

You'll work Monday to Friday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM with rotating weekends, and some travel to other locations. Requires high school diploma; CPR; 1 year of experience; MA program preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assisting program preferred.
• CPR certification required; MA certifications preferred but not required.
• One year of relevant healthcare/office experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Collect co-payments and register patients.
• Provide front office support and verify insurances.
• Check in/out patients and escort to exam rooms.
• Document vitals, allergies, medications and visit reason.
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required.
