Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant/Patient Support Assistant to join our team in IL. The role includes phone duties, scheduling, patient registration, and front office support at our Gurnee and Lincolnshire locations. Travel to other sites is required and hours are full-time with rotation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR certification is required; medical assisting program is preferred but not mandatory. Phlebotomy may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assisting program preferred.
• CPR certification through American Heart Association required; MA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Collect co-payments and complete patient registration.
• Provide front office support and verify insurances.
• Greet patients, check in/out, and document vital signs.
