Job summary

Crossover Health in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Medical Assistant for a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule. You will warmly welcome patients, take medical histories, and support clinicians with vitals and clinic workflows to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of clinical back‑office medical assisting experience, BLS certification, and strong teamwork and communication skills to thrive in our interdisciplinary care model.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant or surgical technician program.
• Minimum of 2 years comparable clinical back office medical assistant experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take medical histories and vitals to assist clinicians.
• Handle inventory and replenish medical supplies.
• Provide phlebotomy and immunization services.
• Assist with member check-in and benefit questions.
• Schedule appointments and respond to member inquiries.
• Collaborate with providers for seamless patient care.
