Job summary

Crossover Health is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our clinic team and deliver exceptional patient experiences. You will check in guests, collect vitals, assist clinicians, and support immunization and phlebotomy services while maintaining a welcoming environment.

This role requires graduation from an accredited medical assistant program, BLS certification, and at least two years of back-office clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.
• Minimum of 2 years comparable clinical back office medical assistant experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories and vitals to assist clinicians.
• Handle inventory and replenish medical supplies.
• Provide phlebotomy and immunization services.
• Assist with check-in and member interactions to ensure smooth visits.
