Job summary

Crossover Health seeks a Medical Assistant to deliver an exceptional patient experience across clinic interactions and services. You will greet guests, collect histories, take vitals, and support clinicians with care, while coordinating schedules and communications.

Ideal candidates will have an accredited MA or surgical tech background, 2+ years of back-office experience, and a current BLS certification. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred, with strong organizational and teamwork

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant or surgical technician program.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical back-office medical assistant experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Handles all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Resolves customer inquiries; assists with clinic services and hours of operations.
• Takes medical histories, measures patient vitals, and assists clinicians.
• Handles inventory, orders, and replenishes medical supplies and materials.
• Administers medications, including injections in scope of practice.
• Handles multi-line phone system, schedules appointments, responds to emails, and ensures great communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
