Job summary

You will prep exam rooms, document vitals and allergies in the EHR, schedule appointments, and help maintain supplies across satellite offices as required.

The role requires 0-1 year of experience with BLS, and a high school diploma or equivalent; proficient English communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination room and escort patient into the room.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and accurate vital signs documentation.
• Document allergies and meds in EHR and ensure accuracy of patient medication lists.
• Schedule appointments per departmental guidelines and manage supplies in exam rooms.
• Support transition of care and coordinate with UCC/Hospital as needed.
