Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support clinical operations and patient care across our New Hampshire locations. The role involves triaging patients, taking vital signs, phlebotomy, documenting in the EHR, and assisting with procedures under clinician supervision.

You will educate patients on medications, support discharge planning, and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality care while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years of MA experience.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross is required.
• Demonstrates compassion, reliability, and patient-focused care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Triages patients and assesses urgency to guide care.
• Take vital signs, document histories, perform phlebotomy, and assist with minor procedures.
• Document patient information accurately in EHRs, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Explain medications, dosage instructions, and potential side effects where applicable.
• Collaborate with clinicians to coordinate discharge planning and patient education.
