Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians, greet patients, and help ensure efficient clinic operations in New England. You will take vital signs, obtain histories, perform phlebotomy, and assist with procedures while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient-focused care.

As part of a collaborative team, you will document patient information in the EHR and help with medication administration under supervision, contributing to high-quality care and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years as Medical Assistant.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Proactive and patient-focused with strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Experity or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Assist providers and support clinical operations.
• Take vital signs and obtain medical histories; perform phlebotomy.
• Document patient information in EHRs in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist with minor medical procedures and medication-related duties where permitted.
