Job summary

ConvenientMD is hiring a Medical Assistant to deliver high-quality patient care and support busy clinicians in our New England clinics. You will greet patients, triage, take vitals, document histories, and assist with procedures while ensuring accurate medical records.

You will administer medications under supervision, educate patients on treatment plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate discharge and follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years as MA.
• BLS certification required; HIPAA awareness and compliance essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients in a welcoming, professional manner and answer questions.
• Triage patients, take vital signs, collect histories and assist with minor procedures.
• Administer medications under supervision; maintain accurate EHRs.
• Collaborate with clinicians to coordinate discharge plans and patient care.
