Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to support high-quality patient care and clinic operations. You will interact with patients, gather histories, take vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and assist providers with procedures.

The role requires MA certification with 1 year of experience or 2 years in the field, BLS certification, and solid HIPAA compliance. Expect to work across multiple ConvenientMD locations within NH/ME as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year experience or 2 years as MA.
• BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross, not CPR/ACLS online).
• Comfortable with HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in a welcoming, informative manner and provide medication and treatment information.
• Support clinical operations: take vitals, collect histories, perform phlebotomy, assist with procedures.
• Administer medications under supervision where allowed by NH/ME regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and support discharge planning and training of new staff.
