ConvenientMD is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our New England team. You will support clinicians, manage patient flow, take vital signs, document in EHRs, and assist with medication administration in applicable states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years working as a Medical Assistant.
• BLS certification by AHA or ARC required; CPR/ACLS online not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and provide information about conditions, treatments, and medications.
• Support clinical operations and patient care, including vitals, histories, and triage.
• Administer medications under supervision where applicable (NH & ME only) per state guidelines.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and assist with discharge planning and training of new staff.
