• Document tasks in the EHR for accurate billing and review by providers.
• Schedule tests and verify insurance, referrals, and pre-certifications.
• Monitor safety, PHI usage, and OSHA-related compliance.
• Lead health coaching and outreach for population health goals.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and sterilization; ensure clean work areas.
• Queue prescriptions and orders in the EHR; support daily practice operations.
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff during hand-offs.
