Responsibilities

• Files and maintains patient records and related reports prior to appointments.
• Schedules physician and clinician appointments based on location and availability.
• Calls patients for visit reminders and handles phone messages and triage.
• Maintains logs and checks (fridge temps, medications, vaccines).
• Assists with insurance forms and billing, including statements to payers.
