Qualifications

• Familiarity with patient intake, vital signs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vital signs.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare patients for exams and provide post-visit instructions.
• Collect lab specimens and perform basic tests.
• Maintain charts, records and revenue-cycle forms.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
