Qualifications

• MUST have one of the following combinations of education/experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of an MA program with hands-on externship or SEP internship, or EMT certification.
• Healthcare-related degree with hands-on clinical patient care experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vitals.
• Record patient history and organize information in the chart.
• Prepare patients and assist providers during exams.
• Administer medications and collect specimens as directed.
