Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience: 3–5 years as a medical assistant.
• Licenses: CMA - Data Conversion; Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MA team, including training, mentoring, and performance guidance.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure timely care.
