Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. seeks experienced Medical Assistants for Primary Care and Specialty outpatient practices across the North Shore, including Danvers. Roles operate 7:30 AM–5:30 PM with 8-hour shifts; full-time, part-time, and per diem options exist.

Onsite duties include clinical support, patient interaction, and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have a MA training program completion or at least one year of MA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting preferred.
• One year of MA experience and national MA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and record in medical records.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Explain procedures, instructions, and education materials to patients.
• Assist with examinations and treatment as directed by physician or APP.
• Collect specimens and perform phlebotomy if competent.
• Maintain immunization inventory and check expiration dates.
