CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Medical Assistant 2 to join our care team. You will be the first point of contact for patient care, performing both administrative and clinical duties, including vital signs, documentation in the EMR, and supporting physicians and advanced practice providers.

This role requires completion of an MA program or certification, high school diploma, CPR, and willingness to participate in TB screening.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an MA program or be certified/registered Medical Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification is required.
• TB screening is part of the role.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for patient care and perform administrative duties.
• Perform clinical tasks such as obtaining vitals, medication/vaccine administration, phlebotomy, and specimen collection.
• Document information into the electronic medical records system; collaborate with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Maintain examination rooms and support quality standards within defined policies.
