Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing basic medical assisting duties under supervision.
• Ability to document vital signs and patient history accurately.
• Familiarity with clinic workflows and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, review medication and history information, and prepare patients for exams or procedures.
• Assist physicians and other licensed providers with exams, procedures, treatments, and specimen collection.
• Complete assigned patient follow-up tasks, including patient communication, documentation updates, order preparation, and care team coordination.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, instruments, and clinical supplies in a safe, clean, and ready condition.
• Support onboarding or daily guidance for less experienced medical assistants by answering routine workflow questions.
