Ultipro is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to provide patient care under physician direction in a clinic setting. The role includes front-desk duties and clinical support, with full-time hours and a focus on compassionate patient care.

The ideal candidate will have CMA training, pediatric experience preferred, and demonstrate excellent communication, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with NextGen EHR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Certified Medical Assistant program.
• Pediatric MA experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer telephones and greet patients in a professional, courteous, and caring manner.
• Check-in/out, collect copayments and payments on patient balances, and schedule patients.
• Update patient medical records and information in NextGen EHR.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient care from pre-visit through post-visit.
• Assist the physician during examinations and procedures, handle instruments and supplies.
• Take medical histories and record vital signs.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician; reconcile medicines.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
