Ultipro is seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to provide patient care under physician direction. You will handle front desk duties, support patient visits from pre- to post-visit, and assist clinicians with exams and procedures in a clinic setting.

The role requires CMA certification, strong medical terminology knowledge, and excellent communication. Pediatric experience is preferred, with reliable, team-oriented performance in a busy office.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited CMA program.
• Pediatric MA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer telephones and greet patients professionally.
• Front desk check-in/out, collect copays and balances, schedule patients.
• Update patient records in NextGen EHR precisely.
• Coordinate appointments and patient care from pre- to post-visit.
• Perform history taking, vital signs, and assist physician.
• Prepare exam rooms, take specimens, and handle in-house tests.
• Administer medications as directed and reconcile therapies.
