Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Medical Assisting program preferred.
• BLS certification required at hire time or within deadline; various MA certifications accepted.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance and eligibility.
• Process co-pays and schedule appointments for centers.
• Conduct preliminary physical tests (BP, weight, temperature).
• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab analysis.
• Maintain exam rooms and front desk areas with supplies.
• Assist providers during examinations and care routines.
