Job summary

Qualifications

• EMR/EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Administer injections and assist with non-invasive patient care procedures (EKGs, screenings, waivers).
• Obtain patient history and vital signs; prepare for audits and maintain QA documentation.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure equipment is calibrated, charged, cleaned.
• Register patients, update demographics, verify insurance, post encounter data.
• Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and secure deposits.
• Prepare for next-day clinics with chart prep and eligibility screening.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff; assist other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
